3. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining account security
One account per individual or entity unless authorized

You are responsible for:
Maintaining confidentiality of login credentials
All activities under your account
Immediately notifying us of unauthorized access
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You May Not:
Use Services for illegal or unauthorized purposes
Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
Transmit malicious code or viruses
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Use Services to harass, abuse, or harm others
Resell Services without written permission
Use Services to create competing products
Voice Data Guidelines
Obtain necessary consents for voice recording
Comply with applicable privacy laws

Ensure voice data doesn’t violate third-party rights
5. Pricing and Payment
Billing
Prices are in USD unless otherwise specified
Subscription fees are billed in advance
Usage-based charges are billed monthly in arrears
All fees are non-refundable except as required by law

Late payments may incur interest (1.5% per month)
We may suspend Services for overdue accounts

9. Limitation of Liability

SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
Liability Cap
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Exclusions

Effect of Termination
Access to Services ceases immediately
We may delete your data after 30 days
Paid fees are non-refundable
Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect
12. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via:

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Okal.
Severability
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
Waiver
Failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver.
Assignment
You may not assign these Terms without our written consent.
